Community Infrastructure Levy grant funding

Congratulations! Further to your Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) project application in 2024,

I am pleased to confirm that Southwark Council has approved CIL grant funding for the following project:

Magdalen Hall Association CIC (£165,000)

I attach the CIL grant conditions form for the signatories of your organisation to complete and return to me. Please note as part of the funding, an annual monitoring statement confirming

progress of key outputs is required.

Initially, we would request a project plan, itemised budget and payment plan for your project in order to carefully manage the outputs and cash flow for your charity organisation. I am happy to

talk through these items with you and gain a better understanding of your project. I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your application and interest in improving our
